What is Optimal OPM?
Optimal OPM is a two-day seminar for real estate investors interested in learning how to fund real estate projects without a bank, locate private money, advertise to and locate real estate investors, affordably take a company public, start a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), and much more. The seminar is limited to 40 people and nationally recognized experts will educate real estate investors on how to legally raise capital for new real estate investment projects without guaranteeing their personal assets or using a bank, while creating deal structures and alternative financing strategies for residential and commercial real estate investment property.

The Speakers: Jillian Sidoti | Chris Yates | Adam Davis
Jillian Sidoti
Jillian specializes in transactional legal matters such as Private Placement Memorandums, Form 10’s, S-1’s, Regulation D filings, trademarks, copyrights, NDA’s, contractual matters, and matters relating to the entertainment industry.
Jillian also spends her time speaking at seminars educating real estate investors on how to legally raise capital for their real estate investment projects, utilizing her experience in San Diego real estate development.
Prior to her legal career, Jillian owned and operated a record label enabling her to tour worldwide with artists, including visiting South Africa, Canada, Europe, and the United States. Using that experience, Jillian has been commissioned to write articles and contracts for many music industry entities.
Currently, Jillian teaches Finance and Accounting for the BS and MBA programs at the University of Redlands, drawing on her experience as Financial Analyst, Controller, and CFO for many companies from manufacturing to real estate development. Jillian also teaches a Small Business Management class where students are taught the anatomy of a business plan.
Chris Yates
As the founder of the CM Yates Companies, Chris Yates has an extensive background in sales, marketing, mortgage banking, and real estate investing. He is the creative mind and visionary behind the CM Yates team and has developed a variety of creative financing strategies and alternative investment models that have placed CM Yates, Inc. and its subsidiary companies on the cutting edge of the real estate investment industry. Having personally completed hundreds of complex real estate transactions over the last several years, Chris is known as the “go-to guy” for creative deal structures and complicated financing strategies in residential real estate.
As Chris has now taken his family and business abroad to international locations, he has become a highly sought-after instructor on the topics of lifestyle design, internet marketing, social media, PR, outsourcing via virtual assistants, and business automation strategies. The CM Yates family of companies now encompasses over 20 separate entities and a multi-million-dollar international real estate portfolio. Chris is a loving husband and father of two, as well as a passionate learner and yoga practitioner.
Adam Davis

Adam Davis was once a frustrated financial analyst who slaved away in a cubicle. One day, after attending a real estate seminar, something ‘awoke’ in Adam and he realized that his financial future lay in real estate investing and not in the hands of corporate bureaucrats or the government.
At first, Adam used many different buying and selling techniques…all with limited success. It was not until he learned the secrets of Private Money that he was able to unlock the huge financial rewards of real estate investing.
Since 2002, Adam has completed over 200 real estate deals using none of his own money. By financing his deals with money from Private Investors, he was able to fire his boss for good in 2006. In the past two years alone, in what some may call a “bad real estate market”, Adam has successfully raised seven-figure sums from Private Investors for his real estate deals, earning him the nickname: “Mr. Private Money.”
Adam’s business is based in Metro Detroit, Michigan, and his focus is buying and selling residential and multifamily properties and heading up the Real Estate Investor Association of Macomb County (REIA of Macomb) – a non-profit group that is dedicated to helping real estate investors succeed. Adam speaks to audiences across the country on the subject of Private Money and teaches both new and experienced real estate investors how to find Private Money. Adam has helped hundreds of individual investors achieve their real estate investing goals.
The Costs:
Admission to Optimal OPM Seminar is $1,795 per person for the first 15 registrants OR until September 30th – whichever comes first.
Thereafter the price will be $1995 per person. Group Rates are available upon request.
